Our comfort exchange policy
There may be a few reasons you're reading this blog. Maybe you're currently shopping around for a mattress and want to know what the exchange policy is just in case you're not satisfied. Or, maybe you've already purchased something and you have questions about the product.
At Mattress Dealz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we're taking the time to talk about our return policy.
Though we do not accept returns, we do offer a comfort exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your new mattress after a 30 day trial period, you can come in and exchange it for a different one for a 30% restocking fee. This one-time exchange can be done between 30-60 days after you purchase the mattress.
The reason we have a rule that the mattress must be slept on for at least 30 days before initiating the exchange, is so that there is enough time for your body to adjust to the new mattress. It gives time for the mattress to break in so that it can provide proper cushioning and support. While you're welcome to exchange your mattress before the 30-60 days runs out, we typically recommend you wait and give the new mattress time.
If you're curious why we have a 30% restocking fee, it's because we don't include this in the price of the mattress. Many other mattress retailers consider the cost to restock when they set their prices. However, we want to keep our prices low for our customers, so we only charge the restocking fee when it comes to exchanges.
